What is the delivery time?
Orders placed before 11PM on working days, will be delivered the next working day.
*If your item is not in stock, you will get an e-mail on the day you order your item with the new estimated delivery time
How much are the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping in the Netherlands on orders above €49,99
How will my order be shipped?
We ship our orders with PostNL in the Netherlands and Belgium. Other countries will be shipped with DHL or UPS.
How do I check the status of my order?
When you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Did you not receive a tracking number? Contact us by mail or chat and we will send it to you!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How do I return or exchange a product?
You can return the product(s) within 14 days. All products must be unworn and unwashed, with all original Rivero tags attached. You can easily create your return in our online return portal. You can find this portal at ''Return Policy'' on the bottom of our website.
Are returns free?
The costs of returning are for the customer. We do not offer free returns, so you will have to pay for that yourself. Returns costs are €6,50 for each order.
When do I get my refund?
Once we receive your return package, we will process your refund immediately. The refund will automatically be processed by the payment method that you selected during the order process.
Can I return SALE items?
Any products purchased in the SALE can’t be refunded. You can change it for another size or get store credit.
