Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and free worldwide shipping on orders above the applicable free shipping threshold.
If an entire order that originally qualified for free shipping is returned for a refund, the original shipping cost incurred by Rivero will be deducted from the total refund amount.
